Easy to use reading comprehension pack with three sections of differentiated questions, created for upcoming Fairtrade Fortnight. It can be used in form time as part of literacy focus, or in English lessons for lower KS3 or upper KS2.

A fully resourced lesson which could be used in PSHCE or as over a week of Tutor Time sessions, investigating the climate change protests. Students will discover who Extinction Rebellion and Greta Thunberg are, what they and similar groups and people are trying to achieve, why the urgency and why some people oppose some of the current methods of protest. Students will then form their own views on whether peaceful protest is really enough in the face of a global climate emergency.
This resource pack includes a one hour long PowerPoint with accompanying information pack and worksheets, well differentiated activities, literacy focus tasks, clip tasks with three-way differentiated questions and debate task. The resources are all in the ZIP file, the images have been uploaded so you can clearly see an example on Tes of some of the contents.
The lesson has been left editable and is filled with engaging, well differentiated and fun activities. It is useful for PSHE, Citizenship or Tutor Time. As with all our lessons, you don’t need any prior knowledge as all the information is included - you can just pick up and teach it.

A fully-resourced, detailed and differentiated 2 hour lesson which could be used over a week of Tutor Time. Students will investigate Antifa, anarchism, Marxism in relation to modern anti-capitalist movements and find out why some of the current riots in America have been linked with the far-left. They will also explore why extreme left ideology can be appealing to those disenfranchised in society and the impact other far-left groups have had on society over the last years.

Eight hours of lessons for KS4 PSHE ‘Living in the Wider World’. These lessons are all three way differentiated for every task, editable and follow exact PSHE Association guidelines for KS4 topics and content. These are ideal for teams of non-specialists as every lesson contains information packs, so no previous knowledge is needed. You can just pick them up and teach them. There is a good mix of different activities from lesson to lesson, a heavy focus on literacy throughout and all the clips have three levels of challenge in their accompanying worksheets too.

1 hour, fully resourced PSHE lesson suitable for upper KS2 or lower KS3 all about what alcohol is and why people drink it as well as the short and long term effects. The lesson investigates why a person may want to change their mood in the first place and why some people end up abusing alcohol. All information needed to teach this is included within the PowerPoint, clip task and worksheets as well as the scavenger activity.
The lesson has been left editable and is filled with engaging, well differentiated and fun activities. It is designed to be ‘no prep’, so you can just pick it up and use it, although it is still adaptable should you wish to.

A booklet for assessing progress in PSHE. This booklet has been created for students completing a healthy lives / healthy eating PSHE unit. It was created for KS3 and is adaptable. It has been created using PSHE Association guidelines.
There are many ways of assessing in PSHE. This booklet allows you to focus on both literacy and skills (based on both Bloom’s Taxonomy and the requirements for extensive writing subjects in GCSE with the 9-1 grades). The booklet offers students a variety of long and short tasks to complete, with the options of either peer or teacher assessment. It includes all guidance on how to mark with two easy markschemes.
The tasks make it very easy for teachers to evidence progress and are simple enough for students to read through and complete themselves, without much guidance. These assessments are created around the EC Resources Healthy Lives Unit (but can be used for any health unit).
These resources have been designed to be engaging, detailed and easy to follow. All the resources are editable, so easy to adapt further for your classes if you want to.

A 20 page activity pack for Tutor Time that can be given to students to get on with independently. This is great for when you have a bit of form admin to do and you just need your tutor group to get on with productive tasks quietly for a while.
Each task should last 25- 30 minutes and there are 20 pages of tasks.
